Wu Pao Chun Singapore – New Taiwanese Pancakes, Autumn & Halloween Promotions
Wu Pao Chun Singapore is a popular Taiwanese bakery brand that offers innovative bread.
Besides the award-winning Lychee Rose Royale ($20.80 Whole, $14.80 Half) and Red Wine Longan bread ($20.80 Whole, $14.80 Half), Wu Pao Chun has added a new Taiwanese Pancake Breakfast series, seasonal Autumn products and Halloween specials.
Taiwanese Pancakes
Tuck into the all-day breakfast rolls, Bacon Taiwanese Pancake $3.80 and Spicy Floss Taiwanese Pancake $3.80, which are wrapped in egg and chives. The skin is slightly thick but soft and each roll is generously stuffed with either the bacon or the addictive crispy spicy floss.
Amazing Autumn
Let autumn feed you with these amazing bread you shouldn’t miss!
The bubble tea-inspired Pearly Galaxy $2 is a must-try. The texture is a surprise where the surface of the bread is lightly toasted till crispy and studded with golden cornflakes while the inside remains soft. Filled with creamy custard and chewy pearls, the Pearly Galaxy makes a worthy indulgence.
Another bread of similar texture but different filling is the Curry Chicken Crunch $2.50. It resembles a curry puff with flavorful curry chicken chunks and egg inside. Again, this tops my list.
For something savoury, the Lava Moon ($1.70 for 1, $4.80 for 3) is a round fluffy white toast that oozes the salted egg lava while the Swiss Potato Bliss $3.20 reveals an intersection of premium sweet potato and brown sugar mochi filling.
Halloween
The doe-eyed Mr. Wiggly $2.30 caught my eye for its adorable shape. Available for the month of October, the Mr. Wiggly comes with Nutella chocolate spread between the two halves of the long bread.
From 16 to 31 October 2019, look out for the PumpKING $2 and Choco Cane $2.80. As its name suggests, the PumpKING is a pumpkin-shaped soft bread with delicious sweet pureed pumpkin.
