Tiger Street Lab’s Orchid Brew x Jiao Cai Seafood’s Fiery Sambal Lala & Stingray is the combo you need

Tiger Street Lab is back with the next collaboration with another local brand – Jiao Cai Seafood. The latest hawker favourite, Jiao Cai Seafood, is helmed by a 29-year-old second generation hawker, Chew Zhi Jie, and the actual store can be found at Yishun Park Hawker Centre too.

For every purchase of each new dish, you can add $10 to enjoy a pint of any Tiger beer on tap or $9.90 for a beer platter. Take this opportunity to pair the spicy dishes with Tiger’s Orchid Brew, only available at Tiger Street Lab. The newly launched Tiger Radler Pomelo is also served here and comprises of sweet, citrusy notes.

Jiao Cai Seafood’s BBQ signatures include the Sambal Stingray $18 and Sambal Kam Heong Clams $16. Both are commendable dishes, including the mouth-watering, fiery hot sambal, added to spice up the flavours considerably.

The Double Fried Crispy Pork Belly with Sambal $17 is an exclusive dish at Tiger Street Lab, created in collaboration between Jiao Cai Seafood & Timbre Head Chef, Tommy Teo. The crackling skin is surely something to look forward to.
