Each bowl boasts a generous serving of deliciously plump udon strands that are made in-house to ensure the best for Tamoya’s customers. Slurp up familiar flavours with the signature Beef Udon cooked in fragrant bonito soup with tender beef slices that are perfect comfort food for a rainy day.
The Sanuki Beef Egg Udon is another worthy contender, complete with a soft flow onsen egg that adds to the sweetness of the beef and the broth.
Diners craving something rich and robust can indulge in the Curry Beef Onsen Udon. The tender and flavourful beef slices are coated in rich, creamy curry that yields a sweet aftertaste reminiscent of curry dinners in an authentic Japanese eatery.
An umami sensation awaits in Tamoya’s Triple Egg Udon, a satisfyingly rich treat of chewy udon noodles with tobiko, mentaiko, tamago, and butter. Stir well and enjoy the mix of savoury flavours and textures!
