Old Seng Choong New Pineapple Tarts with Bakwa, Hae Bee & Orange Peel Fillings
This Lunar New Year, Old Seng Choong introduces two new pineapple tarts. Taking a break from the usual pineapple jam filings, are flavours such as the Hae Bee aka Dried Shrimp and Orange Peel.
Surely, we have come across Hae Bee Hiam Cookies and Spicy Dried Shrimp Rolls, but Hae Bee Pineapple Tarts? These are going to be a palate teaser filled with fragrant nostalgic flavours that would resonate amongst many Singaporeans.
As for the Orange Peel Pineapple Tarts, these are tangy sweet against the thick buttery crust. Great as festive gifts for relatives and friends too.
Some other locally-inspired flavours include the Bakwa and Yuzu. Original flavour is available too.
