From a family sized Roast Duck, to snackable goodies like Lean Pork and Goose Liver Sausage and Bao Buns, each takeaway is carefully packed for you to bring on your flight. Do check local immigration laws at your destination to avoid the disappointment of not being able to bring your feast past immigration!

Just like their first Singapore outlet at Pacific Plaza, Kam’s Roast at Jewel Changi Airport is already bustling with customers eager to try their roast delicacies.

The Roast Duck and Soya Chicken are both incredibly tender, with mouthwatering flavours that make you crave more from the first bite.

Another must-try is the Suckling Pig, which is meticulously roasted to create a succulent, gelatinous layer of meat and fat beneath a smoky, crisp skin that yields a satisfying crunch.

Also available on the dining menu are Kam’s Premium Sausages, made with lean pork or goose liver. My personal favourite is the goose liver, as its hint of bitterness provided a counterbalance to the much sweeter tasting lean pork.

Speaking of pork, you can also try Toro Char Siew, a creation of Hong Kong’s BBQ meat specialist Kinsen Kam. Marinated in the Kam family’s sweet recipe, the thick cut meat is perfectly charred, juicy, and flavourful.

For east siders who have always wanted to try Kam’s Roast, now’s your chance! But do head down early, though, as it is one of the more popular F&B outlets that have seen snaking queues during Jewel’s pre-opening preview.
