Get ready to DIY your own Yu Sheng at the Prosperity Yu Sheng corner filled with must-have ingredients such as the crispy fish skin, ginger, cucumber, carrots, peanuts, shredded eggs, sweet sauce and so on. Perfect for a bonding session between the young and old generation creating their own unique Yu Sheng.
Savour festive highlights which includes the decadent Braised Fish Maw and Crabmeat Soup full of ingredients and not forgetting the sweet and savoury Chicken Bak Kwa.
Check out local favourites like the Singapore Chili Crab, that will be served with warm Mini Mantou. These Sri Lankan crabs are cooked in a red sea of sweet and spicy sauce. Bite into the succulent crab meats that will promise a moment of finger-licking satisfaction.
Behold the Charcoal BBQ Char Siew that comes with tender meats between lightly charred edges. The sweetness of the sauce is bound to capture hearts and you might want to pair this along with the Hong Kong Style Waxed Meat Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf.
One of the main stay of the Lunar New Year Buffet is the Roasted Suckling Piglet, also my favourite.
The skin boosts a beautiful glisten and crispiness with layers of very soft and juicy fats beneath.
The seafood adventures continue with the Sauteed Scallop and Asparagus in X.O Sauce and Wok-Fried Crispy Cereal Prawns as well. The plump and tender scallops are very enjoyable.
Leave some stomach space for desserts where you relish in the Osmanthus Jelly, Mango Pudding and the signature Supreme Peanut Butter Layer Cake.
Dig into the slices of Traditional Nian Gao, Nyonya Pineapple Tart and Assorted Cookies that only appear once a year on the buffet line.
What a great way to enjoy the Lunar New year!
