Mansion Tea Stall – Popular Roti Canai & Cheapest Breakfast in KL

One of the cheapest meal I had in Kuala Lumpur was from Mansion Tea Stall.

Located along Lorong Bunus Satu, Mansion Tea Stall is a well-known spot for its Roti Canai RM3.4 and Teh Ding Dong. Good thing is, it is also opened for 24 hours. So you can always pop by to feed your hungry belly at any time of the day.

The Roti Canai here is served in the form of shredded roti prata drenched in a pool of curry, some chilli and two soft boiled eggs. The presentation is really inviting and interesting since I haven’t seen anything like this in Singapore.

The prata had a doughy texture (to which I would have prefered a more crispy version). Nonetheless, it still made a good combination with the rest of the ingredients on my plate. The curry is not very spicy too. The wobbly eggs reminded me of the ones I had in coffee shops but here, the pricing for this meal is so much cheaper.

I also had a cup of Kopi Susu to go along with it. It was sweet but also intense in caffeine.
