Kanda Soba – Best Mazesoba at Don Don Donki Food Court (The Central Clarke Quay)
Kanda Soba definitely tops my list of best Mazesoba in Singapore. This dry ramen comes with a generous serving of ingredients and garnishes like minced meat, spring onions, seaweed and a glorious egg yolk. Reasonably priced at $12 nett, it is one of the more affordable Mazesoba in Singapore with quality taste.
The noodles are thick, slightly chewy and well coated in a delectable sticky sauce. Mix well, and you can taste all the ingredients with each mouthful.
Meanwhile, there is also a choice for level of spiciness, adding dimension to the overall taste.
