Just Julia – Homebakes is started by baker Julia whose passion for baking outgrew the confines of her home to friends and whoever out there enjoying her bakes. The cakes and cookies are tried and tested countless times before they are sold to the public through a fuss-free online store.

Just Julia’s Signature Carrot Cake is also one of the better ones I have had in quite a while.

Each bite of the moist cake is rewarded with a generous amount of nuts. Layered with lemon-infused cream cheese, it complements the cake well by adding a refreshing sourish touch to the overall taste.

The carrot cake comes in various sizes as mini cupcakes, standard cupcakes, (new) 7-inch and 9-inch cake (single layer).

Storage:

Keep refrigerated, best within 7 days OR

Keep frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Best within 2 weeks.

Besides the carrot cake, Just Julia will also be launching a new flavour of their signature Viennese Whirls (Peanut Butter Cup) on Good Friday, 14th April 2017.
