House on the Moon, the brainchild of Michelin-starred Chef Juan Amador and his protégé, Hüseyin Turan, is a new dessert bar at Great World City. The space-age-inspired architectural bar sits between two floors categorized by a dining pod and an upper retail deck.
You can savour the plated desserts either as Ala Carte (with tea pairing) at $25 and/or Degustation (with savoury and tea pairing) at $29. All the desserts served here are gorgeously plated – the kinds you would have in a fine dining restaurant.
Some highlights include the:
Blackforest (made of Chocolate, Cherry and Mascarpone Cheese)
Moonwalk (made of Yoghurt, Nut Butter and Coconut)
Kalea 65: Creamy Cheesecake (Recommended!)
Tarte Tartin: Apple Pie
