F&N’s New Reduced Sugar Fruit Tree Fresh & Heart-healthy NutriSoy with Walnuts

I love juices – simply because they make drinking something healthy (and fruity) so much easier.

Always look out for the low-sugar or Healthier Choice symbol as this makes a whole lot of difference to your diet. Though juices usually contain high amount of sugar, F&N Fruit Tree Fresh has recently launched a new 50% less Sugar and Calories* range perfect for the weight-watcher.

Available in two flavours – Apple & Aloe Vera and, Orange – the former comes with 50% less sugar and calories, with a proud ranking as one of the lowest sugar apple juice drinks in Singapore. No sweetener is added and it also carries a Healthier Choice symbol!

Full of vitamins, just 2 servings of these juices provide 100% of the recommended dietary allowance of Vitamin C that aid in immune system.

As a fan of Aloe Vera, the benefits of having vitamins and minerals, enzymes, and amino acids coupled with the crunchy bits of aloe vera made this all the more worthy as a thirst quencher.

Both drinks are retailed at major supermarkets and hypermarkets at $2.60 for a 1-litre pack.

Other flavours include:

  • Apple and Aloe Vera Juice with Aloe Vera Bits
  • Orange Juice with Orange Sacs
  • Mango Juice with Nata De Coco Bits
  • Guava Juice with Pear Bits
  • Yuzu Juice with Orange Pulps
  • Yuzu Mixed Juice with Orange Pulp

On the other hand, F&N NutriSoy steps up with a new Healthier Choice soya milk drink – F&N NutriSoy with Walnuts!

Walnuts certainly deliver a whack of nutrients with twice the amount of antioxidants as compared to most nuts and, are good for the heart too.

Speaking of soya beans, they are naturally cholesterol-free, lower in saturated fat, high in proteins, and the only vegetable source with all the essential amino acids for human nutrition.

Mix it in with some cereal, chia seeds or fruits, and it would be a nice breakfast to have, for myself.

F&N NutriSoy is available in major supermarkets, hypermarkets and selected convenience stores at $2.25 per 1-litre pack and $1.40 per 475ml pack.
