Emack & Bolio’s Singapore Tallest Ice Cream in Coated Cones (Jewel Changi Airport)

Emack & Bolio’s first Singapore outlet has opened at Jewel Changi Airport for a while. After trying it last year in Malaysia, I am glad that I can now find Emack & Bolio’s in our home country!

What makes Emack & Bolio’s stands out from other ice cream stores is the array of coated cones. They come studded with various ingredients ranging from Fruity Pebbles, Rice Krispies and Froot Loops to chocolatey ones like Colour Balls, Rainbow Sprinkles, Oreo Marshmallows, Coco Pops and more.

The flavours are equally interesting too. Most of them are mixed with other sweet treats and chewy bits.

Highlights include the Space Cake (cake batter ice cream with shortbread cookie pieces and red velvet cake chunks), ‘Deep Purple’ Chip (black raspberry with black and white chocolate chips) and Cosmic Crunch (vanilla with caramel, chocolate chips, nuts, toffee and cookie pieces). Sounds sinful!

Menu

One/two/three scoops are priced at $7/11/15.

I got the double scoop – Matcha and Beantown Buzz – with fruity pebbles-coated cone. The presentation was out-of-the-world and each scoop was quite generous in serving.
