Get excited with the new Tom Yum Roast Turkey ($168+, 6kg), served with green papaya salad, tom yum sauce and house-made tamarind dip. Marinated for 24 hours with tom yum paste and mustard sauce, then baked at 120°C for two hours,  this unique fusion of Asian and western flavour is bound to have you salivating.
