Cook & Brew at The Westin Singapore has rolled out ‘Oyster Thursdays‘. Calling out to all fans of oysters, you can now indulge in lovely freshly shucked Fine de Claire oyster platters paired with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.

Occurring every Thursday, savour these succulent delicacies at a promotional price!

Looking to chill and nibble on some light bites? Cook & Brew is the place for you to whilst your night away.

Choose from a variety of wines off the menu or pick from the Enomatic wine dispensing machine. There is also a menu where you can order some bar bites to go along with your boozes.

The Burratini would melt any cheese lovers’ hearts with its soft and moist texture coupled with zesty tomato heirloom.

One of the crowd favourites is the Whipped Buffalo Milk Ricotta Cheese $15, served with crusty grilled bread and truffle honey. A nice combination!

Another interesting item on the menu is the Pad Thai Fries $16. Dig into the generous serving of sweet potato fries hidden beneath an onslaught of dried sakura shrimps, bean sprouts and Khun Por’s Pad Thai Sauce, which reminds of Pad Thai noodles.

Perched at level 33, Cook & Brew allows diners a surmount view of the marina bay area. Enjoy the cool breeze as you dine by the alfresco or bask in the elegant interior while indulging in mouth-watering bar favourites, boozes and music.
