One of the largest buffet you can find in Resorts World Genting is at Coffee Terrace. Located at the ground floor of Genting Grand Hotel, this spacious restaurant can seat up to 600 diners and offers a bar area for a boozy respite, tea or coffee session.

The buffet is rather extensive which spreads from the entrance of the restaurant to the back. As it is an international buffet, you can expect to find cuisines ranging from local favourites to Chinese, Japanese, Western and more. Desserts boost a wide selection of jellies in shooters, mini sliced cakes and an ice cream counter too.

Sashimi was fresh and chunky at the Japanese corner.

It was meat galore at the Western area, also quite popular among the buffet go-ers.

Made-to-order noodle station.

If not, you can even have a go yourself at the DIY station. I added to my tom yum soup some prawns, squids and mushrooms. There were also boiled chicken and garnishing to pair along with.

Seafood such as the stir fried crabs and mussels were amazing and moved really fast on the buffet line.

When I visited Coffee Terrace, it was during the Songkran festival. One of the specials was the Miang Kham, also known as Betel Leaf Wrapped Salad.

As for desserts, jelly was so-so but some of the cakes were nice. The mint chocolate ice cream was smooth and creamy good.
