Coastes At Siloso Beach, Sentosa Singapore – All-day Dining And Bar

A stroll down Sentosa’s Siloso Beach leads to Coastes Beach Bar, a mere two minutes walk from Beach Station. Occupying a huge area by the sand and sea, Coastes is a relaxing restaurant cum bar with a classic all-day dining menu featuring beach bites, burgers, sandwiches, pastas and seafood, alongside a selection of alcoholic drinks from beers, wines, cocktails to hard liquors.

Conveniently located near the sea, beach-goers can easily hop over to Coastes for a meal and thirst-quenching drinks before heading back to their sports recreation.

Recently Coastes had launched a refreshed breakfast menu and all-day dining menu.

 Coastes breakfast is available daily from 9AM to 3PM with egg-centric dishes.

Pile on the proteins after a series of strenuous activities with brunch options such as the Coastes Breakfast ($22) comprising of creamy scrambled eggs, crispy grilled bacon, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms and toasted bread; for something lighter, go for the Italian-style Bacon Mushroom Fritata ($16) which comes with ingredients-loaded oven-baked omelette.

Those who need their carbs would find the sandwiches a crowd-pleaser.

The Corned Beef Ciabatta ($16) takes on a good punch with a generous amount of savoury corned beef, layered with garlic aioli, raisins, crunchy red cabbage and mild cheddar cheese between warm ciabatta buns.

Diet watchers need not fret with the option of Baked Portobello and Arugula Ciabatta ($16). A nutritious vegetarian dish that will put your health at ease with the abundant of arugula and fresh ricotta cheese with baked portobello mushroom.

Coastes’ signature dish is this tasty slab of Bourbon-Glazed Pork Ribs (Half Slab $20, Full Slab $30), that comes highly recommended. The meat is tender while coated with homemade maple and bourbon sauce which make up for the extra sweetness in between each bite.

Seafood lovers can share this huge Seafood Platter $52 of six types of seafood like the pan-fried crayfish, crab salad, fish stew, poached tiger prawns with pineapple salsa, chilli clams and calamari rings.

Save some stomach space for desserts which are sinfully delicious.

Starting with the lightest is the Forest Berries and Cream Cheese Trifle ($15), a mix of sweet and sourness on the palate.

I absolutely adore the Banana and Chocolate Pie ($14) with a layer of banana and a thick chocolate ganache sandwiched between crumbly cookies. Just the look itself is tempting enough to make me drool.

Or simply, head for the classic Salted Caramel Brownie ($14), where the richness of the warm moist brownie glazed in chocolate ganache is sure to satisfy even the hardcore chocolate lovers.
