City Hot Pot Shabu Shabu with 12 types of comforting soup broths

With views overlooking the crossing between One Raffles Place and Chevron House, City Hot Pot Shabu Shabu has become a popular dinner spot for the working crowd. Its premises span two generous areas on the upper level of One Raffles Place, granting diners plenty of space to indulge in their hot pot feast.

There are 12 hot pot broths to choose from, including Bak Kut Teh, Sichuan Spicy, and Korean Kimchi Soup. The Fish Soup with Milk and Chicken Soup broths taste homely and comforting, much like a warm family meal at home.

Like every other hot pot restaurant, City Hot Pot Shabu Shabu offers a variety of sauces for you to mix your own spicy concoction to dip your food into.

Aside from a variety of meats, diners can also choose from up to eight set meals designed for dining parties with various preferences and sizes. Each has a well-balanced selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and staples.

Set B ($60.99) boasts a generous range of ingredients from each category, so you and your dining partner can enjoy the best that City Hot Pot has to offer.

From the wagyu chuck eye roll and pork collar to the fish fillet and prawns, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The vegetables and mushroom combo added a touch of sweetness to the broth, and helped balance out all that meat.

It’s also a lot for two diners, so come with an empty stomach!
