Chateraise Christmas Collection has a Multi-cake Train, Cute Reindeer, Santa House & more!

This Christmas, Chateraise is proud to present its beautiful festive collection ranging from innovative themed cakes, log cakes, premium fruit tarts and a soy-milk cake free of milk, cream, egg and wheat flour.

The masterpiece that catches our eyes is the Xmas Fruits Train $90, cleverly pieced together with a roll cake, strawberry Napoleon pie, Gateau Chocolate and fruit cake. There’s definitely a flavour for everyone at the table.

Equally adorable are the single cakes – Red-nosed Reindeer $6.80, Snow White-bearded Santa Claus $7.50 and Happy Snowman $6.80. The former delights with a rich chocolatey flavour while the other two are pleasantly lighter and sweeter in taste.

Christmas is the season for log cakes and Chateraise has its own version of the Noel Blanc $48 with frosting and decorations made with Belgian couverture (white chocolate), and the Buche de Noel $45.

Some other highlights include the ever-indulging Xmas Berryberry Souffle Cheese Cake $48, Xmas Fresh Cream Cake $52 and the amazing Xmas House of Santa Claus Cake $95, an exquisite replica of Santa Claus’ house showered with powdered-sugar snow, fruity decorations, festive fondants and chocolate fences. 

As expected of Chateraise which has a good reputation for its matcha items, the Xmas Rich Matcha Cake $42 is no letdown. Despite its simple appearance, the matcha taste is evident within the fluffy sponge cake and velvety mousse.

The Christmas collection will be available in all Chateraise outlets from 1 December 2019 onwards.
