Burger King’s Christmas Promo with Smokey BBQ Beef & Smokey BBQ Tendergrill Chicken burgers
Roll up your sleeves for Burger King‘s two new burgers! Tuck into the flavoursome Smokey BBQ Beef and Smokey BBQ Tendergrill Chicken burgers available from 1 November onwards during this Christmas season!
The Smokey BBQ Beef Burger is a hearty portion featuring two flame-grilled 100% beef patties layered with, American cheese, onion rings and bacon strips. Spread with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise, all these were sandwiched between the seven-inch-long sesame buns.
I am an ardent fan of the onion rings from Burger King and to have these within the burger is a yes from me. One of the let-downs though was the turkey bacon; they looked crispy but were rather chewy and tough. The beef was decent and the buns were simply light and fluffy, although I would prefer them to be more toasted.
It would be good to have some greens in my burger and the Smokey BBQ Tendergrill Chicken Burger has them. You also get to bite into those juicy-looking smoked Tendergrill chicken thigh patty, alongside the turkey bacon and onion rings stuffed between soft corn-dusted sourdough buns.
The burgers are priced at $8.50 each and include a medium pack of thick-cut salted French fries and a drink.
And of course, I upgraded the fries to onion rings!
