Avocado Breakfast Toast Recipe with soft & creamy Avanza Avocados

These premium New Zealand Avanza Avocados is a treat for all occasions. Avocados are known for their nutritious benefits, especially suitable for weight-watchers, the health conscious and the gym goers. They help in digestion, promote your heart health, improves your skin, hair and eye condition, reduce your risk for cancer and diabetes and more!

I have always love avocados and they make great pairings with a whole lot of other food. This soft creamy superfood could also be your substitute for sweet fatty snacks and oily fried food. Avocados can be eaten with salads, as a spread over toast or even blended with milk into a smoothie. They can make you feel fuller faster so you won’t be overeating as well.

Before starting on a recipe, we have to choose the right (ripe) avocados!

A ripe avocado that is ready to be eaten should have a soft dark-brown colour and feels slightly soft when touched.

The green ones are usually firm and will take 2-4 days to ripe. Following which, they turn green-brown and requires another 1-2 days to ripe.

When avocados are soft(er), it makes smashing them into a creamy spread easier.
