Aunty Christina’s Sarawak Laksa at Seapark, Petaling Jaya, boasts great portion & presentation

Auntie Christina’s Sarawak Laksa might be a stretch from the bustling part of Kuala Lumpur but still worth a trip down for some soupy laksa.

Located in a coffeeshop, the tiny stall is easily recognisable for the various media clippings pasted on it. Service was super friendly and my order (of their signature Sarawak Laksa) was quickly taken while I sat down to wait.

I was awestruck at the presentation when the food came. Two large prawns were perched on shredded chicken and omelette cascading down a generous portion of noodles. Mixed in with the noodles were bean sprouts which added an extra crunch to the texture.

The soup had a robust color and taste, and surprisingly without the overwhelming prawniness which I personally still enjoyed.

There are also other dishes on their menu such as the Kolo Mee and Homemade Hokkein Meat Rolls which looked equally appetising as well.
