The last time I had eaten from 8 Crabs was in 2020. I loved the Chilli Crab and Curry Fish Head tremendously. This time, I ordered the Black Pepper Crab ($89.90, 900g-1kg) and Curry Fish Head $35.90 again.

The black pepper sauce is rich, peppery and on the sweeter side. The crab meat does not disappoint either. It is fresh and succulent.

What I like about this curry compared to other places’ is that it is thick and very flavourful. There are also lots of ingredients like tofu puffs, lady fingers and green beans.

The Signature Award-Winning Chilli Crab (XL) comes in a thick gravy that’s sweet, spicy and tangy, perfect with some fried or steamed mantou.

As it is a huge crab, it is satisfyingly meaty, without being overcooked nor dry.

The Curry Fish Head I had previously was absolutely splendid. There is a lot of meat in the fish head and it goes really well with the thick flavoursome curry.
