For the month of March, 10 at Claymore, Pan Pacific Orchard, will be serving its finale buffet before the hotel closes for renovation from 1st April 2018 onwards.

Aptly named the All-Time Top 10 Eats at Claymore, diners can look forward to the best ten dishes whipped from the kitchen of 10 at Claymore while commemorating the 10th anniversary of both the hotel and restaurant.

Buffet is available from 1 March to 31 March 2018 (daily), 6pm – 10.30pm.

Child (aged five to 12 years old): S$35++

The top 10 highlights include the Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Beef, Slow Roasted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Canadian Scallops, Baked Sri Lankan Crabs, Baked Oysters, Alaskan King Crab Legs on Ice, and not forgetting the all-time classics – Penang Char Kway Teow, Air Itam Assam Laksa, Spicy Tiger Prawn Noodles and Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly!

Indulge in nostalgic favourites such as the DIY Bak Kut Teh and Roasted Pork before rounding off the meal with a smorgasbord of drool-worthy desserts.

Baked Oysters

These Baked Oysters were nothing like the dry limpy oysters left out too long in the open. Instead, each piece remained moist beneath a thick layer of molten chilli mayonnaise. 

Pan Seared Canadian Scallops

Pan seared on the spot, these Canadian Scallops retained a bouncy and juicy texture that would surely keep you going for seconds and thirds.

Baked Sri Lankan Crabs

Seasoned with herbs and spices.

Alaskan King Crab Legs on Ice

You can find oceanic gems such as lobsters, king crab legs, prawns and shellfishes here.

Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly

Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Beef and Slow Roasted Rack of Lamb

The preparation of the beef is a laborious process where it is first roasted, then seared to form a brown caramelised crust. This is followed by reverse-searing to lock in the juices of the richly marbled beef.

Diners can request for the doneness of their meats too.

Air Itam Assam Laksa

and Penang Char Kway Teow

A brimming fragrant portion of flat noodles and you can request for spicy or non-spicy version.

Other favourites on the buffet line comprises of the Seafood Casserole, Baked Crayfish, Roasted Pork, Chicken, Bak Kut Teh and Vinegar Pork Trotter.
